Merchlist had the honor of partnering with Ed Sheeranโ€™s team to supply high-quality merchandise for one of the most anticipated concerts of the year. As a globally renowned artist with a massive fanbase, the expectations for the event were sky-high. From the moment we engaged with Ed Sheeranโ€™s team, it was clear that the concert merchandise needed to reflect both the artist’s unique brand identity and create lasting memories for his fans. We aimed to design and deliver products that fans could cherish long after the music stopped.

Our team at Merchlist was tasked with the production and distribution of custom wristbands, keychains, notebooks, and additional branded items to enhance the overall fan experience. Our Approach

To meet these objectives, Merchlist worked closely with Ed Sheeranโ€™s team to ensure that every aspect of the merchandise aligned with the artist’s vision and fanbase preferences. We started by identifying the types of products that would be most fitting for the event, prioritizing items that were both functional and collectible.

  1. Product Selection and Customization After discussions with the concert team, we finalized the selection of merchandise, including: Keychains, Pens, Wristbands among others.
  • Custom Wristbands: Designed to be both a functional accessory for concertgoers and a collector’s item, these wristbands were created using high-quality materials and featured Ed Sheeranโ€™s distinctive branding. The design incorporated his tour logo and color scheme, ensuring that it was instantly recognizable by fans.
  • Keychains: These small but impactful items were designed to serve as portable keepsakes. The keychains featured intricate designs commemorating the concert, reflecting Ed Sheeranโ€™s personal brand and the spirit of the event. They were made with durable, high-end materials to ensure longevity.
  • Notebooks: In addition to smaller items, we wanted to provide something more versatile and practical. The notebooks were not only functional but also designed to remind fans of the event with custom concert graphics on the cover and interior details. The inclusion of notebooks added a unique touch that allowed fans to keep memories of the concert alive in a more personal way.
