Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we ensure to rectify mistakes made, if any. Incase of a mistake in the order, misprint or miscommunication on our end, we will ensure to provide a prompt and quick solution such as, but not limited to, a full refund or a replacement item at no extra cost.
We do accept returns and will exchange the item or refund the payment if and when customers are disappointed by our merchandise for one of the following reasons:
(a) the base product itself is materially flawed
(b) the quality of the printing is below a reasonable range of expectations
(c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer
In the unfortunate circumstance where there are any of the above faults with the product(s) you have ordered, kindly email us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide a clear description of the fault as well as an image of the item to our customer support team at email@example.com
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
This applies to :
New – unopened products in original packaging, and products that have never been used, and
Products that are lightely used or unopened.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least one (1) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
*Refunds will be made back to the payment method initially used by the customer
*Please allow up to 3 working days for the refund transfer to be completed
*Please note that items once washed will not be exchanged or refunded
*We do not charge a restocking fee.
