1. Delivery Locations:

Merchlist delivers across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including major cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, and Jeddah.

We also cater to international orders upon request, ensuring our custom-branded merchandise reaches you wherever you are.

2. Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days within the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days within the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination. Typically, it takes 2-3 business days for international shipments. Please note that customs clearance may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Fees:

  • UAE Shipping: Free shipping on orders in the UAE

  • International Shipping: Our shipping fees starts from AED 50 for all international deliveries in the Middle East, UK, USA, Europe, Far East Asia and beyond!

4. In-Store Pickup:

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday – Sunday, 8:30 am – 9:30 pm. Customers can choose this option during checkout and collect their orders directly from our store.

5. Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping within the UAE.

6. Expedited Shipping Fees:

For orders in UAE, we offer expedited shipping options:

  • Same Day Delivery: AED 45.

7. Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Customized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next day.

8. Tracking Orders:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order through our website under the “Track Order” section by entering your tracking number.

9. Lost or Damaged Items:

  • Merchlist ensures all packages are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.

10. Third-Party Shipping:

  • In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.
  • We ensure that all third-party suppliers adhere to our strict shipping standards to guarantee your satisfaction.
