Shipping and Returns Policy
The merchlist strives to ensure that all orders are fulfilled correctly, on time and are of the highest quality! We do not compromise on the quality of our products.
- We only deliver our products within the UAE
- Shipping will be fulfilled by a third-party courier service
- Delivery within the UAE shall be completed within 1-2 working days
- We charge a flat delivery fee of AED 15 on all orders
Avoid a delay in delivery by providing your full address along with your contact information.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we ensure to rectify mistakes made, if any. Incase of a mistake in the order, misprint or miscommunication on our end, we will ensure to provide a prompt and quick solution such as, but not limited to, a full refund or a replacement item at no extra cost.
We do accept returns and will exchange the item or refund the payment if and when customers are disappointed by our merchandise for one of the following reasons:
(a) the base product itself is materially flawed
(b) the quality of the printing is below a reasonable range of expectations
(c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer
In the unfortunate circumstance where there are any of the above faults with the product(s) you have ordered, kindly email us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide a clear description of the fault as well as an image of the item to our customer support team at team@themerchlist.com
*Refunds will be made back to the payment method initially used by the customer
*Please allow up to 3 working days for the refund transfer to be completed
*Please note that items once washed or used will not be exchanged or refunded
