1. Artwork check (same day to 1 day). Our team checks your logo or design for size, colour and print quality and sends you a proof if anything needs adjusting.
2. Approval. The clock starts once you approve the proof. A quick reply keeps your order moving.
3. Production (1–3 days for most orders). Printing, embroidery, quality check and packing.
4. Delivery. Usually 1–2 days within the UAE. Other GCC countries and international destinations take longer depending on the courier and customs.
